I found the apartment spacious, with every amenity needed for a comfortable visit. A washer, fridge, dishwasher, and cooker were all available. Bedrooms and the bathroom were also spacious. I especially liked the gym. It added to the convenience.
I had some trouble during check-out. I was about 30 minutes late. Someone came to my door about that delay. I felt that a phone call might have been a better approach.

The apartment had sufficient equipment for four people. This meant washing up or using the dishwasher was needed to have coffee after the four cups were used. This ensured that we always had clean dishes available.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. it was very quiet. I had a peaceful sleep in the comfortable bed. the staff on reception are friendly and helpful. the reception area also offers a chance to grab a hot drink or water!
None of the rooms were clean. bathroom floors and walls were dirty. I saw food and rubbish on the rug. the pull-out couch was not flat or level, so it was impossible to sleep on. the couch was the least comfortable surface i have ever slept on.
